12 Month Limited Warranty<\/strong> (click to expand)

LCD Dash Systems, Inc. warrants to the consumer that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of the original purchase.<\/summary>\n

Products that fail within this 12 month warranty period will be repaired, or replaced at LCD Dash Systems’ option to the consumer, when it is determined by LCD Dash Systems, that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts in LCD Dash Systems’ product line. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the instruments nor shall LCD Dash Systems, be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the failure of this product.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty claims to LCD Dash Systems must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 12 month warranty period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breaking the instrument seal, improper use or installation, accident, water damage, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. LCD Dash Systems, disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written, or implied warranty on all products manufactured by LCD Dash Systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LCD Dash Systems is not liable or responsible for injury, or death to vehicle occupants in the event of LCD screen or LCD Dash Systems, malfunction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LCD Dash Systems is not liable or responsible for damage to the LCD screen, or module(s) as a result of faulty vehicle wiring.  Product warranty is void if the LCD system is installed by an unlicensed technician, or end-user.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

The RMA code will inform us about your product, the issue(s) you are experiencing, and other important details.

Send your product to LCD Dash Systems in a well packed, shipping carton, with a tracking number. The user is responsible for covering the shipping cost, plus any fees\/brokerages resulting from the shipment.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Our products offer a 30 day return policy, from the date of purchase. After contacting us for basic support, you may return the product if you are not completely, satisfied.<\/summary>\n

The system must be in original condition quality, with all accessories in new, working order. Send your product to LCD Dash Systems in a well packed, shipping carton, with a tracking number. The user is responsible for covering the shipping cost, plus any fees\/brokerages resulting from the shipment.

We will refund your purchase (less, shipping & fees) after evaluating the product’s condition, and functionality.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Begin by clicking the product page for the system you are interested in buying. <\/summary>\n

Fill out a “Quote Request” form with all details, and desired options. Once we receive your quote,
we will issue a detailed, PDF Estimate for your review, via the e-mail address you provide.

Once we confirm your system details, we will issue a payment link where you can process the order.
You will receive a receipt for payment. Large, or customized systems may take 3-4 weeks to build,
beginning with a deposit, and followed by the balance once the system is ready to ship.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I add my own vehicle image, and gauge graphics?<\/summary>\n

With a high-resolution photo of your vehicle, it is easy to animate your own vehicle image with our LCD kits. If you have a specific gauge layout in mind, we can design your vision, or incorporate your own graphic work!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer a warranty?<\/summary>\n

Our products come with a standard 1 year parts & labour warranty. We also offer a 30 Day return policy. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does it take to build a custom LCD system?<\/summary>\n

A standard system can be shipped within 2 weeks. For custom work, a typical 100 Series kit takes 3-4 weeks to build, test, and ship. A 200 series setup requires about 5-6 weeks depending on the level of customization, and graphic work.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer custom screen sizes?<\/summary>\n

With three standard sizes available, we can accommodate most vehicles. If your project requires something more unique, we have several suppliers to find the right size!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you provide support?<\/summary>\n

We provide direct email, and video tutorials for first line support. If necessary, our techs can login remotely to configure your LCD system.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
